JOB DESCRIPTION
Customer Service Administrator
We are looking for someone who has experience dealing with telephone, email and face-to-face customer enquiries.
You must be a well organised person, used to working in a fast-paced environment with excellent attention to detail.
You must be able to use Microsoft Word etc.

The successful candidate will be able to:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Positive friendly attitude to assisting customers enquiries by phone, email and face to face
- Make proactive calls to customers to update them on the progress of their vehicles
- Booking customer vehicles into the department for work to be carried out
- Liaising with the workshop
- Ordering parts and negotiate prices with suppliers
- Informing customers of the progress of the vehicle
- Knowledge of monthly accounts i.e PO’s / sales / purchase invoices
- Use of garage management software
- Using Microsoft office especially word, excel and outlook
