As an HGV Technician you will be responsible for but not limited to:

• You will be carrying out safety inspections, repairs and MOT preparations to DVSA standards 
• Routine maintenance repairs to all heavy commercial vehicles 
• Carry out computer diagnostics and repairs 
• Complete electronic job cards and inspection sheets on tablet 
• Occasional off site repairs and maintenance

Skills and qualifications required:

• A full driving licence (Class 2 preferred but not essential)
• Knowledge of various commercial vehicles
• Knowledge of computer diagnostic equipment
• Good knowledge of DVSA vehicle standards
• Able to use full electronic garage management system
• Be a fully qualified time-served fitter with experience in the industry
• Must have own tools
• Awareness of personal safety and that of others around you

Schedule 

• 6am till 4pm, 8am 'til 6pm, 11am 'til 8pm
• 45 hours a week 
• Overtime available 
• Every other Saturday 7am 'til 12pm
