Teamwork: Working Together to Keep the North East Moving

Teamwork: Working Together to Keep the North East Moving

At Heathline Commercials, teamwork is one of the values at the heart of everything we do.

With sites in both Cramlington and Wallsend, teamwork is what allows us to provide reliable support to customers across Northumberland, Tyneside and the wider North East. While our locations may be miles apart, our teams work as one business with a shared goal – keeping our customers' vehicles on the road.

From our office support teams managing bookings, service schedules and customer communications, to our vehicle technicians carrying out inspections, servicing and repairs, every part of the business plays an important role. By working together, sharing knowledge and communicating effectively, we're able to provide a seamless service for our customers.

However, teamwork doesn't stop within our own business.

We pride ourselves on becoming an extension of our customers' teams. Whether you're an owner-driver with a single vehicle or managing a fleet, we're here to help you stay ahead of maintenance requirements and keep your vehicles operating safely and efficiently.

That means proactively reminding customers when services, MOTs and inspections are due, helping plan maintenance around operational requirements and ensuring work is completed with minimal disruption. By taking a proactive approach, we help reduce downtime, improve compliance and give our customers one less thing to worry about.

The relationships we build with our customers are based on trust, communication and a shared commitment to keeping vehicles moving. We don't just repair and maintain vehicles; we work alongside businesses to support their day-to-day operations and long-term success.

As Heathline Commercials continues to grow, teamwork remains one of our greatest strengths. It's what connects our sites, our departments and our customers, enabling us to deliver the high standards of service we're known for across the North East.

Because when we work together, we keep the North East moving.

A team of budding engineers from Bedlington Academy took the chequered flag in an exciting STEM challenge that saw Year 7 students design, build and race their own rocket-powered cars as part of the national Race to the Line competition. Sponsored by Heathline Commercials, part of our family-run Moody Group, the initiative gave 170 students the chance to put science, technology, engineering and maths (STEM) into action by creating high-speed vehicles from bio-compostable foam blocks before launching them down a custom track.
