Gearing Up for Success: Meet Our New Apprentice at Healthline Commercials

At Healthline Commercials, we believe in investing in the future of our industry by supporting and nurturing young talent.

That’s why we’re proud to announce the start of our brand-new Apprenticeship Program – designed to give the next generation of professionals the opportunity to learn, grow, and gain valuable real-world experience.

By supporting apprentices, we’re not only helping individuals build their careers – we’re also strengthening the wider commercial vehicle industry for years to come.

Our apprentices split their time between the classroom and the workshop, gaining the best of both worlds. They attend Gateshead College one day a week, where they build their technical knowledge, while also spending the rest of their time working hands-on in our workshop, paired with our experienced technicians who guide them every step of the way.

We’re also thrilled to celebrate some of our team members’ journeys:

Dean – moving into Year 2 of college, Dean continues to balance his studies with hands-on experience at Healthline, building on the strong foundation he developed during his first year.
Steven – now beginning Year 1 of college, Steven has already spent a year working with us, gaining valuable hands-on experience before officially starting his apprenticeship studies. His dedication and hard work have set him up for success as he takes this next step.
Kyle – we’re pleased to welcome Kyle as our newest apprentice. He’s just starting out with us, and we’re looking forward to seeing the energy and fresh perspective he brings to the team.

Our apprenticeship program is more than just training – it’s about building careers, inspiring confidence, and providing opportunities for the next generation of professionals.
